Contact us
Include your account email, the page or feature involved, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot can help, but remove private household information first.
Never send your password, authenticator codes, recovery links, full card number or sensitive household documents in an initial support message. We will explain how to provide any information needed securely.
Sign-in and billing
Use “Forgot password?” on your sign-in page to recover access. An administrator who has lost their authenticator needs an identity-verified recovery review; resetting the password does not remove MFA.
Manage your household’s plan and subscription through account settings. If a charge looks wrong, include its date and amount in your message, without sending payment-card details.
Privacy, access and deletion requests
Use “Privacy” in the subject line when asking for personal-information access, correction or account deletion. Tell us what you need, and we will explain any identity checks and retained records. Our privacy notice describes how information is handled.
Security reports and complaints
If you think someone has accessed your account or you have found a security problem, use “Security” in the subject line and describe the issue without exposing other people’s information.
For a complaint, explain the problem and the outcome you are seeking. We will review it and respond with next steps. Haumana is not an emergency service.
