Good to know
What counts as a document?
Each uploaded file counts once, whether it is attached to a record or saved in your home documents. The file limit is 10 MB. Removing a document frees a space.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. The household owner manages billing and plan changes. If a plan ends, household records and files become unavailable until you renew. Stored files are retained for at least 30 days, with a final warning at least seven days before removal. Saved record details are retained. Review the allowances before changing to a smaller plan.
Who can access the household?
Starter is for the owner. Home and Home Plus allow the owner to invite one partner. Starter and Home cover one property. Home Plus covers up to three properties you own, sharing 50 documents and 75 MB of storage across them. Access is invited separately for each property.
Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Review and confirm payment separately when you choose a household plan.
